I realize that I have boatloads of NiGHTS and Nightmaren-related art on here and not really a whole lot else, so I decided to dump in some other artwork of mine. Wee! Here’s a set of ATCs I’ve done.

So far this is the second completed ATC, plus the Reala Myotismon cosplay image, so that’s 3 down. (there’s another ATC I haven’t posted yet.)

Sonic Panic Attack!

Neil is playing Sonic 2 and in Casino Night Zone, I think all the lights and sounds gave the cartridge a panic attack! He hit a box containing a super shoe and the music sped up. Normal.

I don’t what triggered it afterward, but the music started going quadruple-time and DIDN’T STOP until he completed Act 1. Then Sonic and Tails glided away at running speeds instead of automatically running off the screen. They slid away like Gumby, Tails yawning like his life is oh-so mediocre.

My Saints Row 2 custom character, Kazuya (aka) Kaz. I made him the subject of my experimentation with animation cels (although this is obviously digital). This isn’t really as believable as a real animation cel, but it’s a beginning. It felt really good to actually work hard on a piece of artwork that was just for me.

This is Somni, and he belongs to a friend of mine. I drew him this picture because he’s a very good friend, and I felt like I owed him a nice gift. That and Somni is just gorgeous and I always thought so- he was fun to draw and really got my artistic abilities rolling after being pretty much blocked for some time now.

Well, now’s as good a time as any to test out this Tumblr doohickey I signed up for and throw up some art! It may not be the best I got, but it’s been a while since I cracked open my tablet laptop and got some art done.
