Finally completed everything!

All four ATCs commissioned by Celestriakle, plus the Reala Myotismon she commissioned. Deca was the final trading card. She’s two Nightmaren fused back-to-back with a personality on each side. Instead of choosing one personality, I made the card double-sided, because she’s been so very patient and generous with me, so it’s like another card for free. XD

It was a lot of hard work, but it’s very satisfying. I’ll be even happier when she receives her commissions in the mail.

I’m really happy I saw this through, but now I almost don’t know what to do with myself. @_@ I guess I should open commissions back up soon.

It’s really really old news now, but I drew this in response to the big stink about DeviantArt’s gender policies. I don’t really know why I still use DA, especially after that, but hey. Humans are selfish, and I kind of need it to promote myself. A guy’s gotta eat.

ANYHOOZLE, I’m kind of surprised I didn’t get around to putting it here on Tumblr, so here it is.

“The picture is not support for NiGHTS or support for ME, or one of those “IF YOU SUPPORT ______, LIKE/FAVOURITE THIS PICTURE” to rack up numbers. (because the numbers on a picture aren’t going to matter to anyone when it comes to this subject.)

It also isn’t for bouncing around the comments saying NiGHTS IS *whatever gender, race or species you assign*.

I just felt like of all characters that I could think of, the one that represents “…we can do, anything we want to!” and being fully supported and accepted for what he is, EVEN for being neither male nor female, NiGHTS was THEE best. So why not use him to show MY support?

We all like to assign NiGHTS either a gender or a gender pronoun (I say “he” for convenience, not because I think he’s male), but the FACT is that NiGHTS is OFFICIALLY neither. NiGHTS is everyone’s favourite genderqueer!

People should be allowed to be whoever or whatever they want and have the choice to disclose, or NOT to disclose that, or whatever sex they were born as to anyone. They also shouldn’t be forced to choose from another human beings predetermined choices or notions about what humans can be. You cannot put absolutely everyone into a box! (Which is totally ironic because the best way to deal with this situation is a box for you to TYPE IN WHATEVER YOU WANT.)

I made this little guy for a contest on DeviantArt to design the 6th Nightmaren mascot for the NiGHTS OC Club. He’s… I don’t know, personally I think he’s terrifying, but for all the wrong reasons: He’s too cute.

Other than that, I don’t think there’s enough yellow and/or green love in the fan ‘maren community that aren’t blatant NiGHTS recolours, so I wanted him to be different. Teeny tiny and not really TOO close to the official Nightmaren other than the general look of the eyes, no neck/arms in the sleeves, etc.

He doesn’t have a name because the club said not to name the entries, but if he isn’t chosen, I might think of something for him.

For all of my friends who are feeling lonely today, YOU ARE LOVED.

Commission for ~NiGHTSlover693 of his own fanmaren, Bash (found here [link]). This was a really fun maren to draw! It has a couple touch-ups I’d like to do before I mail it out, but other than that I’m happy with it.

Thank you, ~NiGHTSlover693, for trusting me with your Nightmaren. I hope it came out to your liking. And I must also say, thanks for having such a unique Nightmaren! It’s refreshing, and a lot of fun. I hope I see other creative Nightmaren, too!

SO. Among all the scary crap I keep seeing going on, I decided to just go ahead and attempt to be productive, and to share some progress in the work I’m doing.

This commission didn’t have a real due date, but I personally feel like it’s WAY overdue- it has been a couple months. :/ But it’s getting done!

My friend/ex boyfriend commissioned me to draw our characters and their kits having a picnic so there he is on the left, Titanus McKnight with Monica on his leg, NJ running up in the middle, my character Bandit on the right with little Dusty in her lap.
